CEEZEE $SAFU Seed Sale

The CEEZEE $SAFU Token, did not have a pre or private sale. This decision was made after some serious discussions within the core founding members. There were many reasons, but here are the two big ones: 1) These days in the BSC market, there have been several coins where ‘early birds’ would control the market as ‘whales’. This market manipulation is illegal and damages the integrity of the product as whales exit after making their profit. 2) We wanted a fair launch with an organic market with natural means of supply and demand (check the past medium articles to read more about our public sale).

Instead of a pre and public sale, we decided to seek another way to find a plausible solution. It was quite simple: Find groups of people who want to invest in the idea, not the money or quick gains -> Seed investors. For $SAFU, another awesome aspect is that all our seed investors are real-life established partnerships (i.e., We know their faces).

For CEEZEE $SAFU, there were five major seed investor groups. To evaluate the vesting period the following were considered: The total sum raised per group and the average fund amount per person. Each group was designated a different vesting period which is contingent on the size of investment to ensure that any liquidation will not drive the market up or down in any significant way. Group A, B, C, and D will have a release period of 5 months. Only group E will have a 10 month release period. Release will start the moment trade is active on an AMM.
